At OBJKTS Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original OBJKTS presentation box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
